As an Account Systems Engineer, Mitja uses his experience and expertise to build Cisco's relevance in delivering solution development, partner ecosystem, marketing and identify & qualify opportunities. One of the main goals of the Account SE role is translating customer business needs into technical requirements and help customers successfully drive the business. Mitja has a strong focus in the enterprise networking.

In 2015, Mitja successfully graduated from CSAP, a one-year long program held in Prague, Czech Republic. He continued his journey as a Virtual Systems Engineer (Collaboration Specialist), providing pre-sales support services for World-wide Cisco Account and selected Partners from Ljubljana, Slovenia. His next and current stop is Milan, where he supports activities in the commercial space of the Northern Italian territory. Mitja is driven on his journey by many product and solution initiatives, as well as Cisco branding.

Mitja holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication from University of Ljubljana.

Always curious to meet new people, he is passionate about technology and is addicted to traveling, sport and music.
